Designed in collaboration with Stephen Coates, Keventer One is a G+39 storey landmark — the tallest commercial building in Eastern India — and a defining icon of Kolkata’s modern skyline.
Overlooking the Hooghly River, the tower integrates premium office spaces, retail outlets, fine-dining restaurants, and recreational amenities such as a pool and kitchen, creating a seamless blend of business and leisure. Multi-level parking accommodating 862 cars ensures ease of access, while a rooftop helipad provides swift air connectivity, elevating the building’s urban functionality.
The project’s design maximizes its riverside location with panoramic views and an elegant architectural expression, establishing Keventer One as a symbol of innovation, sophistication, and contemporary urban identity.
