Located on the outskirts of Kolkata in Barasat, Fortune Heights is a large (MIG) housing complex designed to harmonize built form with open green spaces. The residential blocks are aligned parallel to the site’s longer axis, creating expansive green corridors that visually and spatially unify the development. The club building, strategically located near the entrance, serves as a welcoming social anchor for residents and visitors. The architectural design emphasizes simplicity with clean lines, an uncluttered façade, and regimented balconies, while subtle red accents on a neutral background introduce hierarchy and highlight key elements. Patterned floral treatments add visual interest and differentiation across the towers, and the clubhouse with its rooftop pool overlooks landscaped greens—offering privacy while maintaining a visual connection with open spaces. Thoughtful siting and design ensure functionality and a cohesive architectural language throughout the complex.
