River Breeze, situated on the scenic banks of the Hooghly River on the outskirts of Kolkata, is a serene residential development comprising 21 towers.
The design philosophy centres on maximizing river and landscape views, ensuring that every apartment enjoys a unique visual connection—be it to the flowing river, the landscaped community greens, or in many cases, both. To suit Kolkata’s warm and humid climate, the apartments are designed for optimal cross ventilation, with most units naturally ventilated from at least two sides, reducing reliance on artificial cooling and enhancing comfort.
Given the riverfront setting, the design also incorporates measures to prevent soil erosion, with buildings thoughtfully set back and existing trees preserved, ensuring environmental balance and long-term sustainability.
