M8A has handled a wide portfolio of work which includes Residential projects, housing complexes, stand-alone buildings and bungalows, Commercial building, Hospitals, School, Auditorium, Prayer Halls, Clubs, Temples and Hotels, including interiors for them.

Form follows Function.

We at M&A strongly believe that for a good building to function well, the structure and services plays a very important part. M&A has a good knowledge of local Bylaws, fire rules including KMC, Method of Constructions, and National Building Code of India.

Proactive & Personal.

Ar. Sunil Maniramka personally takes a leadership role in all commissions from design inspiration through to completion. We are available for direct client consultation - not simply responsive, but pro-active in addressing client needs.

 

Diverse Network.

M&A consists of a motivated team of Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Studio Assistants, Interns and Engineers. We act as a single point of contact (in-house) for all clearances and have working experience with top consultants all over the globe.

Small yet Strong.

The size of the firm has been purposefully limited to maintain a close working relationship of each member of the firm, and daily involvement in each project. As a mid-size office, decision making & communication retain the directness of smaller organizations
