Rosedale Gardens addresses the cosmopolitan lifestyle for the non-resident Indians yearning to return to Kolkata. The project has five different building types: residential towers, executive apartments, senior citizen apartments, club buildings, and retail, all based on their desired use.

Six 25-storied towers having different orientations with varying unit sizes are connected by a basement large enough for 1000 cars. The non-regimented master plan with elliptical footprint towers provides an ever-changing skyline while at the same time providing privacy and unhindered views from the units. All the units are on three sides, providing ample natural lighting and cross ventilation, saving energy.

The central landscaped area over the basement also reduces the heat island effect and glare from parked cars. The peripheral driveway connects all the towers making the central landscape vehicle free providing a safe outdoor space for old and young alike.
