A center of human excellence for Rama Krishna Mission on a 5-acre plot next to Eco Park, Rajarhat. The brief was to design a world class auditorium modeled after the Art Institute Chicago where Swami Vivekananda gave his historic speech, a meditation hall & yoga center, 1 10-storeyed high University Building, Guest house & Residential facilities for staff, students and monks.
The building has been designed parallel to the Major Arterial Road, so as to allow unobstructed view of the building.
Even though the frontal building looks like two-storeyed from outside it has 4 floors and is the replica of The Art Institute of Chicago. It houses the largest flat-roof auditorium in Kolkata as of 2022.
